2nd sucessful try alone..yippies

Learning to cook was easy i must say but to learning to cook and make sure that its nice and finger liking good is another matter. Im glad that aside from the first bubur ayam attemp, this round's cream puff was thumbs up. I spend less then $13 and i can get around 100pcs of puffs..its different this round because mama was just standing and commenting. It quite hard to decide on when i should adding some ingredients and when i should heat the pastry. But alhamdurillah, the recipe paper was dumb proof especially for someone like me. And tadaa!! master chef (my dad)loves the durian puffs and so as someone. So now i feel better because i know that i can somehow meet her satisfaction..mummy down now back to farhan's tummy.Pizza checked, lasagna checked, bubur checked, only one thing that i still cannot master and that is SABSUKA..banyak suke in eating but not suke in cooking. Its either too spicy or oily..jia you!! i believe i can still improve and learn more recipes. Yayy!!
